According to an addition in the Leupe catalogue: overgekomen 1658 zie inventaris KA 1111 fol 115-118; The new number is VOC 1221.
Notes on reverse: No. 28 [probably the number of the document in the OBP volume] / 115 [the folio number in the OBP volume] / fortje Noortwyk / 602 t / Ý 1660 [in pencil].
