Title Leupe: Kaart van een stuk land, gelegen in Paramarica Creeq en Cottica (links in 't opvaren).
This map shows the a belonging to Benjamin Duselle (A-D) which is located to the north of the Cottica River.
Duselle requested the survey after obtaining the land from the Governor-General.
The lot turns out to measure 410 Surinamese acres (176,3 hectares).
The Nieuwe Lavant plantation lies to its west, and the house of mr. Pieters to its south.
The map was signed on 19 July 1734 and ratified on 31 March 1736.
Scale of 100 Chains of 5 1/2 Rhineland rods = 170 ‘strepen’.
