Title Leupe: Kaart van een land, gelegen aan het Canaal van Tapoeripa, ten behoeve van de Plantagie Breda.

This draft map shows the lots to the north of (above on the map) the Tapuripa Creek (blue line at the bottom of the map).

This survey was conducted at the request of Governor-General Juriaan François Frederici.

This land is coloured red and indicated with the letters A to D, only its borders are measured.

The hinterland to the north (above on the map, indicated by the letters A-D) of the Breda plantation is assigned to the owner of this plantation, Sir J.A. van Lobreekt, on 23 Juli 1894.

This hinterland turns out to measure 250 Surinamese acrer (107,5 hectares).

The Fakkershoop and Crommelinsgift plantations lay next to the Breda one and both have not obtained any hinterland yet.

The survey was conducted and ratified in October 1794.
