Arrival of the Dutch at Pegu

View of the coast at Pegu seen from the shore. All manner of rowing boats are drawn up near the shore. In the foreground are two sets of bearers carrying what looks to be a hammock with canopy. Behind them, several virtually naked men and two elephants. Opposite a group of Dutch disembarking from a boat.

According to the index of 'Begin ende Voortgang', the illustration is entitled: Op wat wijse die van pegu achter lant gedragen werden.
