Map of the islands between the Bahamas and Cuba

This draft was made after the draughtsman Roelofsz. lost his ship near the Bahamas and managed to reach Cuba two weeks later. Notations on the map describe how Roelofsz. shipwrecked around Cayo Tumbado in 1668 and sailed to Cuba with 74 peers on smaller vessels. The islands between Cuba and the Bahamas were all mapped during this search for land.
