Project for a prison house within Fort Zeelandia
Böhm, Johann Gottfried Rabanus
Title Leupe: "Project van een gevagenhuis binnen de fortres Zeelandia" in Suriname."
The anonymous drawing dating from the beginning of 1780 depicts a new prison inside the old fort, built that same year. Judging from the drawing style it was likely produced by Böhm.
At the rear side the following is written: "No. 7, Register 17, part 1, folio 88." Marked “Depôt des cartes, plans et journaux de la Marine.”
