According to the Leupe catalogue (NA), the original title reads: Plan van Batavia en pmstreken, met aanwyzing der versterkte punten.

The labels of the points and bastions are well-nigh illegible.

Restored, but in poor condition.

Numbered below left in pencil: 25.

According to an addition in the Leupe catalogue: eerste versterkingen ter beveiliging van ingebruikgenomen land. zie registers overgek. papieren 1658 KA 1111 fol 112; This old KA number has now become VOC 1221, 1658 second volume].

Notes on reverse: 605 [stamped in bold on a small label] / 1656 [in pencil] / No. 36 [thought to be the number of the document in the OBP volume, with below an illegible text].
