This survey of parcels around the Marshall Creek was conducted on request of G. Luijcken and P. Dadel of the WIC. The cultivated lands are coloured and contain the names of the owners, designations, extents and the dates of concession. The areas yet to be cultivated are merely delineated and rarely display names or measures. Side creeks and (carriage) trails are also drawn. The map was signed on 6 October 1784.
