Title Leupe: Kaart van de Plantagie Langenhoop, gelegen by de Plantagien Amsterdam.

This map shows a piece of land east of (to the right on the map) the Perica and Cottica rivers and a Blaka-Beri forest. -The survey was requested by Sir Anthonius de Rayneval to measure the land of his 'son' Matthijs van Bambergen. This land is indicated with a red line.

The lot of Van Bambergen turns out to measure 1305 Surinamese acres (561,15 hectares); the fallow land to its west (to the left on the map) measures 1197 acres (514,71 hectares), of which 350 acres (150,5 hectares) consist of Blaka-Beri forest and swamp.

The land of the widow Chaffeau lies to the south of the land (above on the map).

The map was signed by the land surveyor on 21 March 1716 and ratified on 8 June 1716 in Paramaribo.

Scale of 60 Chains of 5 ½ Rhineland rods = 95 ‘strepen’.
