Map of the Sint Jan Plantation, woned by the Amsterdam resident Volkmaar and located to the east of the Canje River.

This is a decorated version of the map catalogued as VEL1604 and its style is characteristic of the mapmaker Christiaan Cederkreutz.

This small map shows the crops and the functions of the buildings.

The original map was signed on 28 January 1769.

North is left.
