The chart features a compass with north pointing right. People, buck and huts are shown on the land, alongside the caption: Tafelb.. Several beasts, a canoe and a three-master are shown in the sea. Other references on the chart include: Oceanus, C. de Bonesper.

According to the index in 'Begin ende Voortgang', the title reads: Afteeckeninge van de Tafel-Bay.
