Title Leupe: Kaart van een stuk land, gelegen aan de bovenlyn van de Plantagie de Dankbaarheid (rechts in 't opvaren).
This map shows the land of Isak Stolkert (A-D) to the east of Mot Creek.
The survey was requested by Sir Isak Stolkert after he obtained the land on 26 March 1719 and 19 July 1732.
The lot turns out to measure 300 Surinamese acres (129 hectares).
The land of Hendrik Buijs is situated to the south (to the left on the map) of the lot and the land of the widow of Volken to its north.
Fallow land ('burned forest') cuts through the plantation.
The map was signed on 30 June 1733 and ratified on 11 September 1733 in Paramaribo.
Scale of 100 Chains of 5 1/2 Rhineland rods = 155 ‘strepen’.
