The others are: Batavia (COLLBN 002-10-034), Revenge on Pulau Ai (COLLBN 002-12-026, Tofasoha on Makian (COLLBN 002-12-027), Tabulolo on Makian (COLLBN 002-12-028), and Malayo on Ternate (COLLBN 002-09-001).
