Titel Leupe: "A new general Chart of the South Atlantic Ocean."
This is the western sheet of a two-part map of the southern Atlantic. In addition to part of the west coast of the African continent, we see the outline of South America below the equator, with some coastal profiles depicted on the continent itself. Possibly, Norie made the mak for a reprint of his Epitome of Practical Navigation, of which the first print appeared in 1805.
